I’ve also worked with various trades over the years. I’ve remodeled several homes and have flipped some houses, so I know my way around a house. Prior to that I had a Security and Law enforcement background. I have about 200 hours of continuing education and currently taking the energy auditors course to be BPI and Resnet certified.
