Diana Provost

For the past 21 years, Diana has worked in the Real Estate Industry in both Northern Nevada and San Diego, California, holding positions from Real Estate Agent to Commercial Loan Officer to Home Warranty Account Executive with American Home Shield.

Diana gained invaluable knowledge while assisting homeowners and investors buy and sell real estate as a Realtor with Dickson Realty, the number one real estate company in the area. With this knowledge, it was an easy transition for her to become a leader in the home warranty industry right here in Northern Nevada, receiving President Club awards consistently throughout her career.

Diana understands the changes that have taken place in our market over the last two decades and she firmly believes that home warranties are needed now more than ever due to the high percentage of neglected homes changing hands; a direct result of our current market.  Associated with the number one home warranty company in the industry, Diana not only has the knowledge and solicitude to help homeowners whenever needed, she also has a management team with years of industry experience to go the extra mile.

She is an affiliate member of the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Reno Nevada Chapter.

Annie Grogan

Reno Real Estate Gurus would like to welcome another member to our group.  Annie Grogan has been in the Northern Nevada real estate community since 1984.  She began her career as a  Title Insurance Representative, and 12 years ago introduced Fidelity National Home Warrantyto Reno and Northern Nevada.  Annie immediately was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and soon after became FNHW’s Top Producer in 2009 and 2010. Recently, the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors awarded her “Affiliate of the Year”.  Annie also received the prestigious “Member of the Year” award from the Women’s Council of Realtors.
